A Systematic Review of the Latest Advancements on Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) Technique Focusing on Applications in Transportation Planning

Finding methods to develop transportation planning and accordingly attract more people use sustainable is one of the most important subjects for planners decision-makers in current studies. The Structural Equation Model (SEM) a statistical approach examining relationship between observed variables latent variables. SEM not only single process, but also cluster related techniques. potential techniques lies essence several issues using it as guide authorities. main aim this study present systematic review application assessment past decades, consequently, encouraging researchers further investigate.After conducting 47 articles published high-quality journals, from 2011–2020, recorded are clustered into three groups; perception, satisfaction loyalty, behavior mode choice. Further, these groups classified according numerous key perspectives, containing year, type mode, sample size, software method.The result article shows that since 2018 usage approaches has significantly increased evaluation public service quality. Furthermore, recall findings recommended such improvement practice utilize terms research avoid imprecisions future study, particularly addressing problems transportation.
